Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a senior administrator to supervise the department’s annual work plans, ensuring alignment with the Municipality’s strategic plan and measuring performance indicators to drive improvement.

You will coordinate with organizational units to report progress, monitor initiatives, and provide recommendations to enhance performance while managing assets across their lifecycle with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Administrative and Financial Sciences, Accounting or Business Administration.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the implementation of the department’s annual work plans, programs, initiatives, and projects, ensuring alignment with the Municipality’s strategic plan.
• Coordinate with organizational units to analyze outcomes and provide periodic reports on performance indicators and objectives.
• Monitor performance of initiatives and provide recommendations to improve outcomes and meet predefined standards.
• Develop and implement periodic performance measurement procedures to support corrective decisions.
• Contribute to an integrated framework for managing the Municipality’s assets across the lifecycle.

• Coordinate with organizational units to analyze the outcomes of annual work plans and provide periodic reports on the progress of performance indicators and the achievement of defined objectives in line with the department’s strategic requirements.
• Monitor the overall performance of initiatives and projects, and provide recommendations to enhance performance and ensure the achievement of predefined standards and deliverables in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and implement periodic performance measurement and evaluation procedures to enhance the department’s ability to make corrective decisions necessary to achieve its operational objectives.
• Contribute to the development of an integrated framework for managing the Municipality’s tangible and intangible assets, covering all stages of the asset lifecycle from planning to evaluation and continuous improvement.
