Job summary

Aldar Properties in Abu Dhabi seeks an Asset Manager to oversee the retail strategy for Own Assets and 3rd party assets, owning detailed P&L and driving value through rent pricing, tenant mix and active asset management.

Responsibilities include IRR/ROI/ROE analysis, monitoring targets with cross‑functional teams, and leading development, acquisitions, and disposals within a GCC retail portfolio.

Qualifications

• Min of 12+ years of related experience in managing retail asset properties
• Experience in GCC real estate markets and malls/retail environments
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities (IRR, ROI, ROE)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of the Retail Management Strategy across assigned retail assets
• Own detailed P&L statements for each asset and consolidate financials for review by Head of Asset Management
• Analyze market trends to maximize profits and identify investment opportunities
• Work with Property Management to monitor monthly financial targets and suggest mitigations
• Support cross-retail asset strategies including rent pricing and leasing/tenant mix
