Job summary

Aldar is seeking a senior Asset Management professional to oversee the retail strategy for Own and 3rd party assets in Abu Dhabi. You will own P&L for assigned assets, set rent pricing, tenant mix, and monitor performance against financial targets while coordinating with the Head of Asset Management.

Qualifications

• Min 12+ years of experience in managing retail asset properties
• Experience with P&L ownership and financial targets
• Strong market understanding of GCC real estate sector

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of the Retail Management Strategy across assigned retail assets
• Own detailed P&L statements for each asset, consolidating financials and reporting to Head of Asset Management
• Conduct in-depth financial analyses (IRR, ROI, ROE) for underperforming assets or potential opportunities
• Manage delivery of assets in growth pipeline including development and transformation
• Analyze market trends to maximize profits and identify investment opportunities
• Collaborate with Property Management Head to track and improve monthly targets
• Provide inputs to senior leadership on rent pricing and tenant mix strategies
• Co-define and monitor asset performance and customer satisfaction KPIs
