Job summary

Dubai Holding Asset Management is seeking a strategic and performance-driven Asset Manager to oversee the retail portfolio, optimize tenant mix, and drive revenue growth across multiple assets. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver superior customer experience.

The role requires senior leadership, strong financial acumen, and a proven track record in mall operations within the Middle East.

Qualifications

12-14 years’ experience in Retail Real Estate Management, Mall operations, Retail marketing, and customer experience.
At least 5 years in a senior management role.
Middle East experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of regional retail trends, leasing strategies, and operational best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement tenant engagement strategy.
Oversee tenant operations across multiple assets and ensure compliance with agreements and policies.
Provide strategic oversight of tenant mix optimization and brand positioning.
Drive proactive tenant support and effective resolution of concerns.
Lead preparation and presentation of cases to the Asset Management Committee (AMC).
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, fire systems, and Civil Defense requirements.
Liaise with legal teams on complex tenant matters and advise AMC and MD.
Oversee asset P&L and ensure EBITDA targets and budget controls.
