Qualifications

• Experience in retail asset management and financial analysis is required.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyze P&L and consolidate financials for asset managers.
• Support asset acquisitions, disposals, and transformations.
• Collaborate with Retail GMs to optimize performance and track KPIs.
• Conduct market studies and assess investment opportunities for growth.
• Build business cases for asset transformations and manage P&L for assets.
• Monitor rent pricing and tenant mix to meet financial targets.
