Miracle Group is seeking a hands-on Senior Architectural Engineer with 8 to 10 years of intensive on-site execution experience in the UAE.

This role is permanently site-based and directly responsible for driving the full fit-out, architectural detailing, and premium indoor/outdoor finishing works for the Miracle Village project. The ideal candidate blends an architect's discerning aesthetic eye with rigorous site execution capabilities - translating complex design intent into reality while aggressively optimizing costs, vetting luxury material alternatives, and maintaining flawless workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

1. On-Site Architectural Execution & Quality Assurance

• Maintain full-time site supervision over all architectural fit-out and finishing packages across indoor spaces, thematic pavilions, facade cladding, and outdoor landscape features.

• Review, cross-check, and approve architectural shop drawings, coordination drawings, and joinery details against structural and MEP layouts to resolve spatial clashes before fabrication.

• Establish and inspect initial site mock-ups and material benchmarks (shadow reveals, stone alignments, decorative plastering, lighting integrations) to ensure visual precision and zero-snag handovers.

2. Luxury Material Specification & Value Engineering

• Identify, inspect, and approve premium finishing materials—including natural stones, architectural metals, timber composites, specialized decorative screeds/coatings, and acoustic claddings.

• Select weather-resistant, UV-stabilized, and non-corrosive materials specifically engineered to retain their luxury look under extreme UAE outdoor climate conditions.

• Challenge contractor pricing, review BOQs, and lead proactive value-engineering initiatives by proposing smarter material substitutes and lean fabrication techniques without diluting design intent.

3. Subcontractor & Trades Management

• Direct and coordinate specialist fit-out sub-contractors, joinery workshops, thematic sculptors/fabricators, marble specialists, and finishing crews.

• Enforce tight daily production schedules, manage site logistical access, and hold contractors strictly accountable to project milestone deadlines.

4. Authority Compliance & Snagging

• Coordinate on-site inspections and compliance checks in line with Dubai Municipality (DM), Civil Defence (DCD), and master developer standards.

• Conduct progressive snagging throughout all installation phases, preventing backlogged rectification works during final commissioning and client handover.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering or Architecture from an accredited university.

2. Experience:

• 8 to 10 years of solid on-site architectural experience in the UAE, primarily focused on high-end commercial fit-out, themed attractions, luxury hospitality, or premium leisure destinations.

• Proven track record of managing complex indoor/outdoor finishes on active job sites.

1. Accreditations & Certifications:

• Registered Member of the UAE Society of Engineers (SOE).

• Valid Dubai Municipality (DM) Engineer Card / License (approved for interior decoration, fit-out, or architectural works).

• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are an advantage.

1. Technical & Site Competencies:

• Expert fluency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM viewers, and architectural detailing.

• Deep practical knowledge of the local UAE supply chain, timber/joinery mills, stone yards, and specialist coating applicators.

• Valid UAE Driving License.
