Job summary

Orient House for Development & Construction LLC is seeking an experienced Architectural Engineer to join our Abu Dhabi team. The role focuses on reviewing drawings, coordinating with disciplines, supervising site execution, and ensuring compliance with approved designs and standards.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of UAE construction experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit/BIM knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and submittals.
• Coordinate architectural works with structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with drawings and specs.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review and follow up on RFIs, technical submittals, and as-built drawings.
• Supervise site execution and coordinate with consultants to resolve issues.
• Identify design discrepancies and propose technical solutions.
• Ensure architectural works meet quality standards and timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
