Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Senior Architectural Draftsman to join our UAE team, based at Qasr Al Jurf, Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on producing precise drawings and coordinating with design and site teams.

You will prepare detailed drawings, review comments, ensure compliance with specifications and authority regulations, and manage drawing control. This position requires a Diploma/Bachelor’s in Architecture and at least 7 years’ UAE experience with major construction companies, especially in hotels,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman.
• Mandatory UAE experience in the construction industry.
• Experience with major UAE construction companies.
• Strong background in hotel, residential, commercial, high-rise projects.
• Proficient in interpreting design drawings and client comments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure design accuracy and constructability.
• Review and update drawings based on consultant/client comments and site requirements.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and authority regulations.
• Coordinate with MEP and structural teams for integrated design solutions.
• Support site teams in resolving technical drawing issues.
• Maintain proper drawing control, revisions, and documentation.
