Job summary

ALFIRAS General Contracting in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Architectural Draftsman to join our team at Qasr Al Jurf. You will prepare detailed drawings, coordinate with architects, engineers and site teams, and ensure design accuracy and constructability.

Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; Revit/BIM is an advantage. The role involves reviewing comments, maintaining drawing control, and updating documents to meet project specifications and authority regulations.

Qualifications

Diploma/Bachelor's in Architecture or related field.
7+ years of experience as Architectural Draftsman.
Mandatory UAE construction experience.
Experience with main UAE construction companies.
Strong background in hotels, residential, commercial, high-rise projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit/BIM is a plus.
Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and construction drawings.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed architectural drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure design accuracy and constructability.
Review and update drawings based on consultant/client comments and site requirements.
Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and authority regulations.
Coordinate with MEP and structural teams for integrated design solutions.
Support site teams in resolving technical drawing issues.
Maintain proper drawing control, revisions, and documentation.
