Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced architect to join its Abu Dhabi-Al Ain project team. You will prepare drawings, model buildings, and coordinate approvals with authorities.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of UAE experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and 3ds Max, and solid knowledge of Abu Dhabi Building Code and local regulations. Strong communication and delivery of designs are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• 3–5+ years of relevant experience in architectural design and consultancy.
• Experience with Al Ain Municipality and Abu Dhabi authority submissions and approvals.
• Good knowledge of the Abu Dhabi Building Code and local regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and realistic rendering.
• Strong architectural design, detailing, and technical drawing skills.
• Experience preparing authority submission documents and responding to comments.
• UAE experience, preferably in Abu Dhabi and/or Al Ain.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and detailed design documents.
• Handle submissions and approvals with Al Ain Municipality and Abu Dhabi authorities.
• Ensure designs comply with Abu Dhabi Building Code and local regulations.
• Prepare 3D models, renderings, and presentations using 3ds Max and rendering software.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and other engineering disciplines.
• Review and revise drawings according to authority requirements and project needs.
