Responsibilities
- Direct architectural construction supervision across active building sites.
- Verify works align with drawings, specs and contractual requirements.
- Conduct site inspections to assess workmanship, materials, finishes, and design compliance.
- Perform quality audits and address deviations impacting architectural intent.
- Interpret drawings and specifications to resolve site queries.
- Coordinate with design architects to clarify design intent and resolve queries.
- Lead supervision teams and manage inspectors and contractors on site.
