Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Architecture or architectural engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of demonstrable supervision and project administration.
• Extensive experience on large-scale Middle East construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise architectural construction activities and verify compliance with drawings and design intent.
• Conduct site inspections of finishes, facades, partitions, ceilings, doors and joinery.
• Identify defects, deviations, and non-conforming installations; coordinate corrective actions.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, samples, and method statements.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams on site.
• Maintain records, prepare progress reports, and support project closeout.
