Job summary

Talents Tide is hiring a Senior Architect in Dubai, UAE, to lead project coordination and deliver compliant architectural solutions across all stages. The ideal candidate will have extensive contracting experience, strong coordination with Architecture, Structural, MEP teams, and deep knowledge of UAE codes and Dubai Municipality regulations.

AutoCAD and BIM/Revit proficiency are required for design development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of contracting experience.
• UAE experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE codes, Dubai Municipality regulations, and green building codes.
• Proven experience in shop drawings and material submittals.
• Strong contractual and coordination skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of BIM / Revit is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical architectural support across all project stages.
• Review and coordinate IFC, TQ, PTC, and contract documents.
• Review and manage subcontractors shop drawings and material submittals.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and green building codes.
• Coordinate between Architecture, Structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
• Resolve design and technical issues prior to construction.
• Lead and manage architects, engineers, and draftsmen.
• Coordinate engineering works with all subcontractors.
• Prepare and manage shop drawing registers and material submittal logs.
• Support QS / Commercial team with design changes and variations.
• Ensure contractual compliance and sound technical coordination.
