Job summary

Talents Tide is seeking a Senior Architect (Technical) with high-rise project experience in the UAE to lead technical coordination across complex buildings.

You will review IFC, TQ and contract documents, manage shop drawings, ensure Dubai Municipality codes, and coordinate between Architecture, Structural, MEP, and other teams. This role requires strong contracting experience and leadership to drive design decisions to construction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of contracting experience.
• UAE experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE codes, Dubai Municipality regulations, and Green Building requirements.
• Proven experience in shop drawings and material submittals.
• Strong coordination and contractual management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical architectural support across all project stages.
• Review and coordinate IFC, TQ, PTC, and contract documents.
• Manage subcontractors' shop drawings and material submittals.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and Green Building code.
• Coordinate between Architecture, Structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
• Resolve design and technical issues prior to construction.
• Lead and manage architects, engineers, and draftsmen.
• Coordinate engineering works with all subcontractors.
• Maintain shop drawing registers and material submittal log.
• Support QS / Commercial teams with design changes and variations.
• Ensure strong contractual compliance and technical coordination.
