Duties:

• Lead projects from concept through to completion, ensuring design excellence at every stage.
  
• Take ownership of project timelines, technical detailing, and coordination across disciplines.
  
• Work closely with consultants, clients, and internal teams to uphold quality and consistency in all deliverables.
  
• Manage and monitor key project milestones using in-house systems and best practice procedures.
  
• Ensure the integrity of the client-approved concept is maintained throughout development, collaborating closely with Directors and stakeholders.
  

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Minimum 8 years of professional experience post-Part III.
  
• A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality work across residential, private villas, or commercial sectors – ideally on projects comparable in scale and ambition to those in the Middle East.
  
• Confidence and experience leading projects independently while maintaining excellent communication with clients and consultants.
  
• Strong understanding of contract documentation, design development, construction administration, and team leadership.
  
• The ability to bring calm, clarity, and creativity to a fast-paced, design-led environment.
  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit and SketchUp essential; hand sketching and visualisation skills are a bonus.
