Job Description
Join one of the most exciting architectural practices making waves internationally, with thriving studios in both London and Dubai. Known for their beautifully considered designs and a portfolio that rivals some of the most admired names in the industry, this award-winning team is expanding once again – and they’re looking for a talented Senior Architect to be part of their London journey.
This studio has seen remarkable growth over the last few years and continues to push boundaries across high-end residential, commercial, and private villa projects. With a collaborative spirit and a strong pipeline of fantastic work, they’re searching for someone who’s ready to step into a leadership role, confidently running projects and helping shape the future of the studio.
Duties:
- Lead projects from concept through to completion, ensuring design excellence at every stage.
- Take ownership of project timelines, technical detailing, and coordination across disciplines.
- Work closely with consultants, clients, and internal teams to uphold quality and consistency in all deliverables.
- Manage and monitor key project milestones using in-house systems and best practice procedures.
- Ensure the integrity of the client-approved concept is maintained throughout development, collaborating closely with Directors and stakeholders.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Minimum 8 years of professional experience post-Part III.
- A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality work across residential, private villas, or commercial sectors – ideally on projects comparable in scale and ambition to those in the Middle East.
- Confidence and experience leading projects independently while maintaining excellent communication with clients and consultants.
- Strong understanding of contract documentation, design development, construction administration, and team leadership.
- The ability to bring calm, clarity, and creativity to a fast-paced, design-led environment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit and SketchUp essential; hand sketching and visualisation skills are a bonus.
- Annual bonus and the opportunity for profit share after 5 years for top performers.
- Two weeks remote working per year – encouraging a healthy work/life balance.
- Private healthcare and regular team events.
- Work on landmark international projects with a studio that genuinely values design integrity and personal growth.
