Job summary

Facade Today in Dubai is seeking an Architect to join a boutique, design-led practice with a clear path to seniority. You will work across the full project lifecycle—from concept through to handover—on high-end hospitality, residential and resort/masterplan projects.

You will contribute to the concept, development and documentation, coordinating with structural, MEP and engineering consultants, while supporting authority submissions and client presentations.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio spanning high-rise, hospitality, mixed-use, residential or resort/masterplan projects.
• Experience guiding projects from inception to completion on site (UAE/GCC preferred).
• Collaborative mindset in a close-knit design studio.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to concept design—massing, spatial planning, design narrative.
• Progress designs through schematic, detailed design and technical documentation.
• Prepare technical drawing packages and construction documentation.
• Coordinate directly with structural, MEP and engineering consultants.
• Support authority submissions and approvals process.
• Assist with site coordination—RFIs, shop drawing review, QC against design intent.
• Present design work to senior leadership and clients.
• Contribute to material and finishes selection for high-end hospitality/residential.

We're working with a boutique, design-led architectural practice based in one of Dubai's most prestigious districts, known for their high-rise hospitality, mixed-use, residential and resort/masterplan projects

They're looking for an Architect to join their growing studio — with a clear route to progress into a senior position as the business scale
