A prestigious, design-led Landscape Architecture practice, renowned for its collaboration with global visionaries like BIG, KPF, and Foster + Partners, is seeking a Senior Associate to join their growing London studio.

You'll take the reins on multiple large-scale design projects, overseeing creative direction and project execution from concept through to post-contract stages. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner and Design Principal, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to both the internal team and external clients, representing the studio’s design integrity at every step.

Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years' experience in Landscape Architecture, with a strong design portfolio from top-tier practices
  
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture (Honors)
  
• Must be proficient with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion and understand Revit.
  
• Proven ability to manage large-scale resort, hotel, public realm, and mixed-use projects
  
• Highly creative, organised, and collaborative, with natural leadership presence
  
• Strong client-facing skills and the confidence to lead with clarity and vision
  
• Ideally, exposure to projects in the Gulf region
  
• Native-level fluency in English (spoken and written)
