Job summary

ACCESS RH Consultoria en Gestion Humana seeks a Senior Arbitration Specialist to lead domestic and international arbitration matters, develop dispute strategies, and coordinate complex case management with internal teams and external counsel.

The role requires extensive arbitration experience, strong research skills, and the ability to manage notices, pleadings, and evidence in multi-jurisdictional proceedings.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in domestic and international arbitration.
• Proven track record managing complex arbitration matters.
• Strong knowledge of arbitration agreements, jurisdiction, governing law and procedural requirements.
• Experience with major arbitral institutions and arbitration rules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement arbitration and dispute-resolution strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Manage domestic and international arbitration matters from initial assessment through final resolution and enforcement.
• Review arbitration clauses and governing law provisions for effectiveness and enforceability.
• Coordinate preparation of notices of arbitration, statements of claim, defenses, and memorials.
• Coordinate evidence collection, witness preparation, and expert reports for arbitration.
• Monitor external counsel performance, budgets, deadlines, and case outcomes.
