This major US and international law firm have an excellent new opportunity for a further ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to join their thriving Construction Arbitration practice in Dubai The role provides the opportunity to work on many of the largest and most complex construction disputes mandates within the UAE and throughout the GCC region Their team handle an impressive variety of major ME regional cases several over USD1 billion concerning airports as well as hospitals shopping centres hotels power stations cooling facilities desalination plants bridges and highways manufacturing facilities renewable energy and other major infrastructure While the focus of the role will be on big ticket construction disputes mandates there may occasionally also be opportunities to be involved in the team s wider UAE disputes practice involving commercial arbitrations offshore court litigation investigations and high-level advisory matters Applicants will accordingly need experience in complex and high-end international construction disputes ideally gained with a well-regarded international law firm or top-level boutique construction practice some wider experience in the areas of infra energy commercial disputes and or investigations would also be useful although is not essential.
