ELE Interiors in Dubai is looking for a dedicated Sales Executive to nurture relationships with high-net-worth clients and drive growth across the client base.

The role combines assertive, presentable client-facing work with a disciplined approach to CRM, reporting, and the full sales cycle—from meetings and proposals to closing deals—with commission-based rewards and clear opportunities for advancement. You will collaborate with Marketing and progress into leadership as you grow in the role.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Experience with client relationship management.
• Strong organisational and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage key client relationships and generate new business.
• Lead client meetings and close sales.
• Oversee the full sales process from prospecting to signing.
• Maintain CRM and report on sales activities.
• Mentor junior sales staff as responsibilities grow.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales team for campaigns.
• Represent the company and its bespoke design services.
• Handle proposals and commission structures.
