Job summary

Agile Consultants in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Senior Application & Design Engineer to support REFIT projects within the Technical Sales Support and Aftermarket Applications team. You will provide technical application engineering, design, costing, and proposal support from enquiry through to order acceptance, coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role blends engineering analysis with sales-oriented project management, ensuring accurate proposals and robust client communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5-8 years of relevant experience in technical, applications, or engineering support.
Experience in air intake filtration or large equipment HVAC is preferred.
Strong communication, collaboration, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Review client enquiries for engineering compliance and prepare proposals.
Design systems and perform 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD and Inventor; prepare technical data sheets.
Manage pre-execution phase with scheduling, milestones, and budgets.
Act as liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth handover.
Attend technical meetings with customers to discuss solutions and finalise orders.
