Job summary

AAF International Air Filtration Systems LLC is seeking a Technical Sales Support professional in Dubai to provide engineering-grade support for REFIT Oil Gas sales opportunities. The role blends application engineering with project management to manage orders from inquiry to handover.

Key responsibilities include proposal management, costing, system design, and leading internal handovers while maintaining strong client and vendor relations to maximize project profitability.

Qualifications

• High proficiency in Autodesk Product Design Suite for 2D/3D modeling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
• CRM experience with Salesforce or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Valid UAE Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive technical proposals and cost estimates for client inquiries.
• Lead system design, drawings, and calculations for bids using AutoCAD and Inventor.
• Manage pre-execution timelines, scope of work, and internal handovers.
• Maintain strong client relations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and secure agreements.
