Planet Paymet is seeking a Digital Experience & App Executive to own the customer-facing mobile application, shaping content and in-app experiences aligned with the brand and digital strategy.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Technology, Product and Operations to deliver improved journeys, campaigns and engagement, while monitoring feedback and app performance to drive adoption and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Act as Marketing and Customer Experience lead for Planet’s mobile app.
• Manage and improve the app experience, including content, messaging, journeys and engagement touchpoints.
• Maintain end-to-end tourist journey view and identify opportunities to personalise the digital experience.
• Review app journeys to identify friction, drop-off points and opportunities to improve conversion and engagement.
• Develop clear briefs for customer-facing enhancements with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain an ongoing roadmap of customer experience improvements and new digital opportunities.
• Own the planning, coordination and maintenance of app content, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
• Support in-app marketing campaigns, loyalty initiatives and customer communications.
• Connect app activity with broader campaigns for a joined-up customer journey.
• Use customer feedback to recommend improvements to content and engagement mechanics.
• Identify ways to strengthen the app’s value proposition for tourists and encourage repeat usage.
• Collect and analyse customer feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Work with Data/BI teams to develop dashboards and reporting.
