Job summary

Dubai Airports seeks a Senior Analyst – Operation Business Systems (Contractual Based Hire) to lead design, implementation, and integration of airport systems in a 24/7 environment.

You will ensure high availability and performance of critical systems, drive roadmaps aligned to airport growth, and enable real-time situational awareness across terminals, airside, baggage, and security with AI/ML-driven decision support.

Qualifications

• Experience leading mission-critical airport systems across terminals, airfield, and baggage operations.
• Proven ability to integrate complex, multi-vendor environments.
• Hands-on with AI/ML-enabled solutions, automation, and data-driven decision support.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and integration of airport operational systems.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of 24/7 systems.
• Drive strategic technology roadmaps aligned to airport growth and operational excellence.
• Enable real-time situational awareness by integrating systems across terminal, airside, baggage, security, and flight operations.
• Champion adoption of AI, ML, and predictive analytics to improve decisions and passenger flow.
• Oversee system lifecycle management including upgrades, migrations, cybersecurity alignment, and compliance.
• Establish and maintain SOPs, incident response models, and business continuity plans.
• Act as a trusted technology leader, partnering with operational teams and senior stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.
