What You Bring

• You'll have extensive experience leading mission-critical airport operational systems across terminals, airfield, and baggage operations
• You'll have strong technical depth across terminal, airfield, and baggage handling systems, with the ability to integrate complex, multi-vendor environments
• You'll have proven leadership in delivering large-scale aviation technology implementations in live, 24/7 operational environments
• You'll have hand-on experience driving digital transformation, including AI and ML-enabled solutions, automation, and data-driven decision support
• You'll bring deep understanding of passenger experience optimization, self-service technologies, and biometric-enabled journeys and solid grounding in aviation standards, safety, and compliance frameworks (IATA, ICAO, ACI, ITIL)
• You'll have strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across operations, IT, vendors, and leadership as well as a forward-looking mindset with a passion for innovation, resilience, and continuous improvement in airport operations
