Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Aviation Management; master's preferred.
• 10 years of experience in airport systems or aviation IT, including leadership in large-scale technology implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of terminal systems (CUTE/CUPPS, CUSS, FIDS, BRS, Security Screening).
• Familiarity with IATA, ICAO, and ITIL standards.

• Lead the design, deployment, and integration of airport systems supporting terminal operations and baggage handling.
• Define technical and operational requirements aligned with safety standards and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and solution providers to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery with quality benchmarks.
• Oversee daily performance and reliability of 24/7 operational systems.
• Develop SOPs, incident response protocols, and business continuity strategies for high availability.
• Coordinate with AOCC, IT, baggage operations and airside teams for real-time awareness.
