Job summary

ACCELLOR is seeking a Senior AI Architect to lead enterprise AI initiatives, bridging data science and production engineering. You will design end-to-end AI solutions and provide architectural leadership to delivery teams, while engaging in presales, solution design and client demonstrations.

The role requires hands-on AI engineering with strong Python and Azure expertise, capability to move prototypes to production, and excellent client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of technology/data experience.
• Experience in Data Science / ML / AI Engineering.
• Approximately 2-3+ years in AI Architecture / Solution Architecture.
• Advanced knowledge of Python.
• Strong Microsoft Azure experience.
• Experience architecting enterprise AI/ML solutions.
• Understanding modern AI technologies including ML, DL, Generative AI and LLMs, RAG architectures, AI APIs and integration, MLOps / LLMOps, Model deployment and monitoring, Data pipelines and cloud architecture.
• Ability to move beyond experimentation and design production-grade enterprise AI solutions.
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
• Consulting or system‑integration background strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architecture for AI, Generative AI and ML solutions.
• Translate client business requirements into scalable AI solution architectures.
• Define AI architecture patterns, technology choices, integration approaches and deployment models.
• Architect AI solutions leveraging Python and Microsoft Azure.
• Work across AI/ML models, APIs, data platforms, cloud services and enterprise applications.
• Provide technical leadership to Data Scientists, ML Engineers, AI Engineers and application development teams.
• Design scalable production architectures covering model development, deployment, monitoring and governance.
• Support GenAI, LLM and enterprise AI use cases, where applicable.
• Participate in presales activities including solution design, technical proposals and effort estimation.
• Conduct client demonstrations, workshops, presentations and proof-of-concept discussions.
• Collaborate with delivery and product teams to move AI solutions from concept/POC into production.
• Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise requirements for scalability, security, performance and responsible AI.
• Travel to client locations across the UAE as required.
