Job summary

Inception42 is seeking a Senior Technical Architect to shape the overarching architecture strategy for our AI-driven initiatives. You will align business objectives with technology strategies, drive architectural decisions, and ensure scalable, secure, high-performance solutions.

You will mentor architects and guide technical teams across the organization. Lead evaluations of new technologies, design architectures for large-scale AI projects, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

Proven ability to lead technical-scale architectural transformations.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable architectures.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the technical architecture framework to support business objectives and technology strategies.
Lead the evaluation, selection, and integration of new technologies and frameworks across the organization.
Provide strategic guidance and oversight for large-scale AI and technology initiatives.
Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance AI solutions.
Mentor and guide architects and technical teams in best practices and innovative solutions.
Monitor technology trends and advocate for the adoption of emerging technologies where applicable.
