Job summary

Forsyth Barnes is seeking a Senior Manager - AI Security Product Owner based in Abu Dhabi to define the strategy and lead the secure deployment of AI capabilities across a major banking environment.

You will drive a security-first product roadmap, coordinate cross-functional teams, and translate regulatory expectations into practical controls across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Substantial senior experience across cybersecurity, AI security, or technology risk.
• Experience delivering security products, platforms, or governance in complex enterprises.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into controls and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy, roadmap, and operating model for AI security products.
• Lead cross-functional teams spanning risk, compliance, eng, and data.
• Define security-by-design and privacy-by-design requirements for models and apps.
• Establish governance gates for AI use-cases, data, and deployment.
• Coordinate threat modelling, vulnerability management, and control validation.
