Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank FAB seeks a senior architect to lead the strategic design and enterprise build-out of its AI amp Agentic Platform. You will define target architecture, govern standards, and steer cross-functional collaboration with business units and regulators to translate FAB's AI ambitions into a scalable, compliant platform.

You will shape a multi-year roadmap for agentic AI, drive cloud strategy across Azure and AWS, and ensure integration with core banking and risk systems.

Qualifications

• Deep current architectural knowledge of agentic AI systems and orchestration frameworks.
• Knowledge of foundation model integration patterns and managed model APIs.
• Experience integrating AI and data platforms into core banking estates and regulated environments.
• Regulatory expectations for AI in financial services and risk governance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the target architecture for the AI amp Agentic Platform.
• Set and evolve cloud architecture for AI workloads across Azure and AWS.
• Lead integration architecture with core banking and enterprise data platforms.
• Establish engineering and AI governance standards across the platform team.
• Shape multi-year AI capability direction including build-versus-buy decisions.
• Engage CIOs and business heads to embed AI into operating models across units.
