Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in cybersecurity engineering, security architecture, or a closely related leadership discipline.
• Proven responsibility for designing security capabilities in regulated environments like banking/financial services.
• Strong grasp of IAM, cryptography, network security, cloud security, app security, endpoint controls, and monitoring.
• Ability to translate threat scenarios into proportionate technical controls and standards.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical vision and engineering roadmap for enterprise cybersecurity capabilities.
• Architect security controls for banking platforms, cloud services, infrastructure, apps, networks, and data environments.
• Evaluate solution designs and deliver clear security requirements across the project lifecycle.
• Strengthen identity management, encryption, key management, and security monitoring capabilities.
• Lead security assessments of vulnerabilities, threats, and remediation options.
• Define repeatable engineering patterns, reference architectures, and secure configuration standards.
• Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, delivery, risk, audit, and compliance stakeholders.
• Review security incidents and emerging threats to drive engineering improvements.
