Job summary

Forsyth Barnes is seeking a Senior Manager of Cyber Security Engineers in Abu Dhabi to lead continuous security validation across banking environments. You will drive automated testing across cloud, infrastructure, and AI systems, translating threat intelligence into repeatable tests and ensuring remediation before release.

Lead a high‑impact team, collaborate with governance and risk, and maintain executive dashboards for threat coverage and deployment assurance in a regulated financial setting.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading cyber security engineering, offensive security, or comparable assurance functions in a complex enterprise.
• Success in replacing periodic manual penetration testing with continuous or automated control validation.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, infrastructure security, and security testing automation.
• Hands-on familiarity with autonomous penetration-testing platforms and AI security tooling.
• Experience aligning testing with OWASP LLM Top 10 and MITRE ATLAS.
• Ability to define security metrics and report to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day operation of continuous cyber security control validation.
• Direct automated testing across cloud platforms, enterprise infrastructure, AI apps, and model supply chains.
• Translate threat scenarios into a structured coverage matrix aligned with business risk.
• Ingest MITRE ATLAS and OWASP LLM threat intel; use Jira to meet seven-day SLAs for new techniques.
• Turn emerging attack methods into practical validation test cases and deploy within agreed timelines.
• Oversee findings lifecycle in DefectDojo and Attestation; manage ownership and deduplication.
• Set remediation targets and MTTR gates before re-deployment approval.
• Collaborate with engineering, risk, and architecture to fix material weaknesses.
• Maintain Power BI dashboards for open findings, remediation, and deployment security.
• Provide management with risk exposure trends and deployment assurance.
