Qualifications

Senior-level Business Analysis, Product Discovery, UX/Product Research with direct involvement in product decisions.
Hands-on customer interviewing—designing and running interviews with evidence of findings shaping problems or product decisions.
Practical product discovery—turn ambiguous customer problems into recommended actions through research and analysis.
Business analysis—translating customer workflows into actionable documentation for product and engineering teams.
Market and competitor research—identifying product opportunities and gaps through competitive analysis.

Responsibilities

Design and conduct customer interviews with and without the CCO.
Analyze customer needs and map user journeys.
Research the market and competitors to identify product gaps and opportunities.
Conduct user research to investigate problems and evaluate product assumptions.
Translate findings into written analysis, clear requirements, and prioritized recommendations.
Present findings to the CCO and CTO and work with product and engineering on implications and feasibility.
