Job summary

Iris Labs LLC in Dubai is seeking an AI/ML product manager to drive the strategy for ranking, recommendations, content understanding and GenAI experiences on a leading social platform.

You will partner with ML research, applied science and engineering to translate complex problems into ship-ready requirements, run rigorous experiments, and advocate responsible-AI practices across surfaces while aligning global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience with ML/AI focus.
• Strong knowledge of recommender systems, ranking, NLP, or GenAI.
• Proven track record building consumer products with large user bases.
• Strong data and experimentation fluency (A/B testing, SQL, metric design).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define the AI/ML product vision and roadmap across ranking, recommendations, content understanding, and GenAI experiences.
• Partner with ML research, applied science, and engineering to translate problems into shippable ML product requirements.
• Run rigorous experimentation programs (A/B testing) and use quantitative analysis to drive decisions.
• Champion responsible-AI practices across ML-powered surfaces.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders to launch AI features at scale.
