Job summary

Duncan & Ross is seeking a driven IT professional to shape digital transformation for leading global clients. You will evaluate capabilities, conduct feasibility studies, and lead agile teams to implement modern DevOps/CI/CD practices and cyber-resilient solutions.

The role requires 4–6 years in IT consulting or software development, strong English communication, and willingness to travel across the Middle East to client sites. Knowledge of cloud, microservices and blockchain is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline.
• 4–6 years of IT consulting or software development experience.
• Familiar with modern technologies such as machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI and robotics as essential to sustainable IT architectures.
• Broad technical expertise and interest in technology trends.
• Comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts.
• Experience with hyperscalers and additional certifications from AWS, Azure, GCP, AliCloud, or TencentCloud.
• Strong ability to understand and communicate complex topics in English; Arabic a plus.
• Willingness to travel to client locations in the Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Shaping the digital transformation of globally leading companies by evaluating client digital capabilities and performing feasibility studies.
• Managing small agile development teams in strategic IT programs, establishing modern practices like DevOps and CI/CD, and overseeing technical implementations of crucial digital requirements such as cyber resilience.
• Analyzing, developing and optimizing cutting-edge customized IT architectures while applying knowledge of legacy IT enterprise solutions and market developments such as cloud computing, microservices and blockchain.
