Job summary

PwC Middle East in Dubai seeks a Senior Associate – AI Workforce Transformation (Adoption) to lead firm-wide AI adoption, develop strategy, and align staff to tools across PwC Middle East. You will own adoption strategy, measure ROI, build dashboards in Power BI, and drive enablement campaigns.

4+ years in AI adoption, change management, analytics, and a related Bachelor’s degree are required; Arabic is a plus. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

4+ years in AI/digital adoption, enablement, transformation or value realisation.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Economics, Data Analytics or related field.
Experience presenting to senior leadership and building ROI analyses.

Responsibilities

Own the adoption strategy for firm-wide AI tools across PwC Middle East.
Define KPIs, build dashboards in Power BI, and turn data into decisions.
Lead ROI studies and present results to ExCo and senior leadership.
Manage the AI champions network and enablement assets.
Design adoption interventions and campaigns to increase usage.
