Job summary

DataRobot, Inc. in Dubai seeks a Senior Account Manager to own a portfolio of existing customers, drive renewals, and identify upsell opportunities within multi-year SaaS contracts. You will partner with Technical Success Managers to ensure value realization and growth across the customer lifecycle.

The role requires 8+ years in quota-carrying sales or account management, a Bachelor's degree, and strong collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to expand account footprint.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience in SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Expansion & Retention Ownership: drive in-period renewals and identify upsell opportunities by aligning DataRobot GenAI platform to customer needs.
• Account Planning & Coverage: maintain and execute structured account plans to identify growth areas and expand into new buying centers.
• Forecasting & Pipeline Management: own pipeline development and forecast accuracy for all existing-account opportunities; ensure CRM hygiene.
• Application Growth Execution: partner with Technical Success Managers to monitor usage trends and re-engage underutilized accounts with targeted messaging and new capabilities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: deepen relationships with Director+ and technical stakeholders to broaden cover and elevate DataRobot’s strategic relevance.
• Post-Sale Handoff & Continuity: serve as the single commercial contact after initial purchase; ensure smooth transition and momentum.
