Qualifications

• Proficiency operating both conventional and CNC machines and interpreting technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Machining Expertise (70%): perform tasks on horizontal/vertical lathes, milling machines, surface grinders, and CNC machines.
• Quality Control (10%): inspect and release work with attention to specifications.
• Safety and Compliance (10%): follow safety, health and environmental regulations.
• Maintenance and Tool Calibration (5%): keep a clean workspace and calibrate tools.
• Continuous Improvement (5%): contribute to process improvements and training.
