Job summary

PHAREA is leading a major greenfield aerospace manufacturing project in the United Arab Emirates. As a Senior Manufacturing Integration & Industrialisation Consultant, you will consolidate the existing manufacturing basis, define and validate routings by product and flow family, and challenge cycle-time, capacity, batch-size, WIP and buffers.

You will review equipment interfaces, consolidate data for industrial process and simulate layouts, address technical risks and coordinate with client

Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace manufacturing and engine components.
• Expertise in forging and ring rolling.
• Deep knowledge of metallurgy and advanced metallic alloys.
• Specialist in heat treatment/thermal processing.
• Experience in production routing, cycle-time validation and process definition.
• Ability to define industrial layouts and instrument equipment integration.

Responsibilities

• Review, challenge and consolidate manufacturing processes and data.
• Define and validate routings by product/flow family.
• Challenge cycle-time, capacity, batch-size, WIP and buffer assumptions.
• Review product-to-machine allocation and equipment interfaces.
• Consolidate data for industrial process and material-flow simulation and interface with the Simulation Supplier.
• Review and challenge simulation outputs, bottlenecks and layouts.
• Support industrial integration of forging and ring rolling processes.
• Develop/Consolidate Thermal Processing & Heat Treatment requirements.
• Address constraints for nickel-based, titanium, steel and aluminium aerospace alloys.
• Identify interfaces with utilities, material handling, inspection, NDT, lab and other systems.
• Identify risks, open assumptions and missing data.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders, equipment OEMs, the Simulation Supplier and engineering teams.
• Provide knowledge transfer to client resources.
