Job summary

TalentRecruit Software Private Limited in Dubai seeks a Senior Administrative Officer (UAE Nationals) to oversee data quality audits and governance in healthcare data. The role requires 10 years of experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal customers, entities and vendors to resolve data issues.
• Ensure entities deliver health data complies with data standards.
• Support annual KPIs and programs of work for health data governance.
• Perform other duties as directed by Head of Section.

Tasks:

1. Assist the Head of Section on all aspects of data quality audit. Such support shall include the preparation and development of process, communication with the entities and responding to enquiries.


2. Be aware of all UAE laws and the company policies of information governance.


3. Responsible for maintaining a high level of data quality through rigorous analysis and auditing of all data used in reporting.


4. Ensures that the data quality standards are achieved through a series of regular data maintenance activities.


5. Responsible for working with internal customers, external Entities and vendors to ensure timely resolution of data issues and problems.


6. Responsible for ensuring that Entities produce health data or provide services in accordance with the data standards requirements.


7. Assist and service the health data governance section in the delivery of the annual key performance indicators and programs of work.


8. Undertake such other duties as may be determined by the Head of Section.
