Job summary

Black Pearl invites an experienced Accounts Payable Accountant to Dubai to oversee local and overseas supplier invoices across construction, interior fit-out, joinery, and project activities. You will manage three-way matching, VAT checks, LC/TT payments, and landed cost calculations, ensuring accurate project costing and timely vendor payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required or equivalent.
• MBA or similar qualification is advantageous.
• Strong experience in operations and maintenance within large-scale infrastructure or industrial environments.
• Proven leadership experience managing large teams and multi-site operations.
• Knowledge of asset management and maintenance strategies is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete accounts payable process for local and overseas suppliers.
• Perform three-way matching between PO, GRN, and supplier invoice.
• Process LC and TT payments and handle landed cost calculations.
• Coordinate with procurement, site, project, and warehouse teams to resolve invoice differences.
• Support month-end closing and audit processes.
