Job summary

ITP Media Group in Dubai is seeking a Finance Assistant (Accounts Payables) to handle supplier invoices, purchase orders, and payment workflows. You will ensure accurate coding, timely processing, and alignment with tax policies while maintaining AP databases and reconciliations.

The ideal candidate has a commerce background with 3+ years of AP experience, strong Excel skills, and good communication. This role is based at Dubai Media City and operates from the office.

Qualifications

• Commerce graduate with 3+ years of experience in accounts payable.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply basic accounting principles relating to accounts payable
• Process purchase orders
• Ensures accounts payable invoices are accurate, properly coded and authorized for payment.
• Ensures completeness and accuracy of all accounts payable databases and files, including monthly, periodic and annual reconciliation of control accounts
• Ensures accurate processing to accounts in compliance with appropriate policies and procedures with correct application of taxes.
• Liaise with other departments / Customers / Vendors
• File, organize and maintain files
