Job summary

Jumeirah, a member of Dubai Holding, invites an experienced Area Director of Finance to lead financial operations for Jumeirah Burj Al Arab and Jumeirah Beach Hotel. You will drive profitability, lead FP&A, capital projects, asset management, and governance across multiple iconic assets, while partnering with general managers and department heads.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years hospitality finance, CPA/ACCA/CIMA, MBA preferred, experience in Middle East, and proficiency with HFM, Hyperion,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce with professional qualification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in hospitality finance, with at least 2 years in a cluster/area role.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification in finance or strategy preferred.
• Exposure to Middle East hospitality markets.
• Experience with HFM, Hyperion, Oracle, Opera and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and financial leadership for profitability and growth.
• Oversee finance teams across Jumeirah Burj Al Arab and Jumeirah Beach Hotel.
• Lead FP&A, budgets, rolling forecasts, and dashboards.
• Manage CAPEX, FF&E reserves, and asset management.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and internal controls; lead audits.
• Drive automation and business intelligence in finance.
