The role requires overseeing audit processes for multiple projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely financial closures in compliance with RERA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience with community management accounting
• Proficient in Mollak and ANACITY workflows
• Experience handling escrow accounts and reconciliations

Responsabilités

• Maintain Mollak and ANACITY ledgers and related accounting entries
• Update Mollak receipts daily and reconcile collections
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain and reconcile the Chiller Account and related transactions
• Lead audit processes for projects including interim and final audits
