Emilion Development in Dubai is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, financial reporting and tax compliance for its real estate projects. The role requires strong UAE VAT and corporate tax knowledge and experience with project cost tracking, escrow accounts, and audits.

You will coordinate with auditors, support budgeting and cash flow forecasting, and ensure regulatory compliance. CPA/ACCA is preferred. The position is on-site in Dubai.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in real estate development or construction is an advantage.
• Good understanding of UAE VAT, corporate tax, and financial reporting requirements.

Responsabilidades

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance, supporting the financial operations of the Company and its real estate development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Prepare and coordinate VAT returns, corporate tax filings, and other applicable tax reporting in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Monitor project costs against budgets, process contractor and supplier invoices, and track payments.
• Manage banking transactions, perform account reconciliations, and assist with project escrow account administration.
• Support budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial planning.
• Maintain financial documentation and assist with external audits and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Good understanding of UAE VAT, corporate tax, and financial reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, First BIT, or similar).
• Experience with project cost tracking and escrow accounts is an advantage.
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Russian language skills are an advantage.
