Job Description for hiring a senior Accountant for Elite Community Management LLC.

• Thorough knowledge of the Mollak system, ANACITY software, Escrow accounts, and their related accounting functions.
• Passing and maintaining all accounting entries accurately and on a timely basis.
• Updating Mollak receipts on a daily basis and ensuring the proper allocation and reconciliation of collections.
• Performing daily bank reconciliations, promptly identifying discrepancies, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintaining and reconciling the Chiller Account, including related receipts, payments, and outstanding balances.
• Independently managing the audit process for all projects, including interim audits, final audits, and budget audits, covering coordination, documentation, and timely closure of audit queries.
• Managing supplier payments on a timely basis in accordance with ageing analysis and payment priorities, while ensuring compliance with RERA guidelines and processing payments through the designated escrow account.

Salary budget: 5500-6000
