Job summary

Elqen Accounting & Bookkeeping LLC is seeking a meticulous Auditor for the Audit & Assurance Department in Dubai. You will audit owners associations, review service charge budgets, and ensure strict adherence to DLD and RERA regulations through Mollak.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 3–5 years of UAE auditing experience focused on JOP and RERA audits, fluent English, and preferably Arabic proficiency. CPA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3–5 years of auditing experience in the UAE with focus on JOP and RERA audits.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and DLD compliance frameworks.
• CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.

We are seeking a highly meticulous and experienced Auditor specialized in Joint Owned Property JOP accounts and RERA Escrow Audits. In this role you will be responsible for auditing financial records of owners associations reviewing service charge budgets and ensuring strict adherence to the Dubai Land Department DLD and Real Estate Regulatory Agency RERA regulations via the Mollak system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 3 5 years of auditing experience in the UAE, with a strong focus on JOP and RERA audits.
• Thorough understanding of Dubai real estate laws, financial regulations, and DLD compliance frameworks.
• CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; Arabic proficiency is a major advantage.
