Job summary

Salt, a dynamic media agency in the UAE, is seeking aSenior Accountant/Financial Controller to join the team and report to the Finance Director based in the UK. UAE experience is essential for this role.

You will manage day-to-day accounts, month-end close, tax/VAT support, financial planning, and cash flow forecasting, ensuring tight financial controls and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting/finance roles.
• CIMA or ACCA is preferred.
• Experience in a UAE-based role is essential.
• Proficiency with current accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day company accounts.
• Manage month end processes.
• Support all tax and VAT obligations.
• Assist with financial planning.
• Oversee budget forecasting and cash flow management.
