Job summary

Trbex Impex in Dubai seeks a seasoned accounting professional to manage MIS, data entry for invoices, AR/AP, tax reporting (VAT/ESR), and compliance across entities.

The role includes auditing financial and operating reports, banking transactions, cash flow analysis, and liaison with departments to ensure timely reconciliations, costings, and regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and Verification of MIS.
• Data entries for All Purchase/Sales Invoices, Journal and other day to day accounting.
• Follow up of Accounts Receivables and follow-up with Sales Team for Timely Collection and Trigger them for Over dues if any and also Timely reconciliation of books with Customers.
• Follow up of Accounts Payables and Follow-up with Purchase Team for Timely reconciliation of books with Suppliers.
• Audit of All Accounting and MIS reports i.e. Production, Sales, Purchase, Consumption, Stocks , Inventory, Incoming/Outgoing etc.
• Preparation of Monthly Profitability and Balance Sheet.
• Verification of all Banking transactions and Forex rates negotiation with overseas banks.
• Follow-up with all departments For day to day audit findings of accounting Transactions.
• Preparation of tax reports and other compliance reports as per respective country Laws.
• Verification of Daily Cash transactions and of Cash flow and Funds Flow.
• Completion of Customs and Clearance Process completion and clearance of import shipments.
• Knowledge of Freezone regulations.
• Preparation and Submission of VAT Reports.
• Preparation and Submission of ESR Reports.
• Preparation and Submission of Corporate Tax and Other Compliances applicable in Dubai.
• Audit of Working Capital calculations and Capex.
• Routine Bank and Liasing Work.
• Overall Control and supervision of Plant/Warehouse and Business from Audit and Financial Perspective.
• Insurance for all overseas entities
• Audit of Costings for imports and Goods to be Sold.
• Development of all Audit reports through ERP.
• Surprise audits at the mentioned companies by paying visits.
• Other Misc.work assigned from Time to Time by Seniors and Management.
