Job summary

MCG Talent in Dubai is partnering with a leading independent creative marketing agency to recruit a Senior Account Manager to lead high-impact experiential campaigns across the region.

You will manage key client relationships, oversee end-to-end delivery of events, activations, exhibitions and shopper marketing, and collaborate with creative, strategy and production teams to ensure on-time, on-budget results.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in experiential/events/activation or integrated agency.
• Strong background delivering activations, exhibitions or live events.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, suppliers and budgets.

The Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing key client relationships while overseeing the successful delivery of experiential campaigns, events, exhibitions, brand activations, and shopper marketing initiatives. Working closely with creative, strategy, design, and production teams, you'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong background delivering brand activations, exhibitions, experiential campaigns, or live events.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, suppliers, and production partners.
• Commercially minded with experience managing budgets and project finances.
• Excellent client servicing and presentation skills.
• Calm under pressure with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
